All purchases made through Aurelian Valley are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.

Once an order has been confirmed and processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.


Eligibility For Returns

Returns are accepted only in very limited circumstances. A return request may be considered only if the item arrives damaged or defective.

If this occurs, customers must contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the order and provide:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • A description of the issue

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Normal wear or damage after use

How To Submit A Return Request

Processing Returns

If a return is approved, the item must be returned unused and in its original condition.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, our team will determine the appropriate resolution.
